1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AKTU BRAND application, you agree to comply with these terms. The "Elite Edition" platform is designed for legitimate AKTU students to manage their academic records.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Providing false information during registration may lead to account suspension.

3. Elite Credits & Fair Use

The application utilize a credit-based system for priority result lookups. Users agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or bypass this system. One credit is consumed per live result fetch as intended by the application logic.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the app for data scraping or unauthorized portal access.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the binary or API infrastructure.
• Bypassing security measures like screen-capture prevention.
