Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services

AKTU BRAND provides digital "Elite Credits" that are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instantaneous delivery of these digital goods, they are generally non-refundable.

2. Transaction Security

All transactions are processed through verified payment gateways (like Razorpay). If a payment is deducted from your bank but credits are not added to your account, the transaction is usually automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate payments for the same plan within a 5-minute window.
• Technical failure on our platform that prevents the synchronization of credits for more than 48 hours.
